What is the Gicii Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately Gicii does not accept product returns, but on the bright side Gicii does  fulfill product exchanges. If your product is defective, Gicii will be more than glad to process an exchange for the same product. Your product must be returned in original brand new condition with original packaging to qualify. Product must be returned with no missing parts. You must be able to provide order information. We require an order number to process any exchanges. P.S. You the customer are responsible for any return shipping charges.


Does Gicii ship internationally?

Yes we do!

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?

Shipping and delivery can take anywhere from 12-20 days.

I ordered multiple items. Some items are missing.

Since we work with multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one package. In a case like that maybe delivered on different days.
